Commissions

Quarterly Bonus Surprise

At the end of every quarter (every 3 months), a Bonus Surprise is given if commissions were earned in 2 of the past 3 months minimum.

Matching Investment

At the end of the year (December 31st), Mom and Dad will add a matching component equal to your growth % for the year — directly into your Future You account.
